vtCommander has been discontinued and replaced with the new management tool for Hyper-V: vtUtilities. vtUtilities supports management of the older version of Hyper-V on Windows Server 2008 R2 and Hyper-V Server 2008 R2 as well as the new version of Hyper-V on Windows Server 2012 and free Hyper-V Server 2012. vtUtilities can be installed directly on Hyper-V to provide a local management GUI, or it can be used to manage Hyper-V remotely from any 64-bit version of Windows, including Windows 7 and Windows 8.

All existing vtCommander customers are provided with a free upgrade to vtUtilities. vtUtilities licenses will be generated automatically, so all customers with production vtCommander licenses can download both products from their customer profile page.
